Once the ITT is closed, we help our customer and the carriers that have been selected as they begin to work together. We use a collaborative methodology which enables each of the parties involved to check all the elements that are required for the project to get underway successfully. Our role is to ensure, for both the customer and the carrier, that their collaboration will be a successful one right from day 1. Then we monitor the project on a monthly basis for at least 12 months. This is to ensure that the commercial partnership between our customer and the carrier works in the long term. In the case of disagreement between the two parties, bp2r helps to clarify the facts of the situation and suggests ways to find a fair solution.
